What is your return/exchange policy?

We will accept unopened/unused product within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping cost. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping items back.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process all orders as soon as they come in, so we are not able to make changes or cancel orders once submitted. Please double check all product sizes/styles and confirm correct contact & shipping information before submitting your order.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed as they come in. Some items (t-shirts, crew necks, hoodies, etc) are made to order and in stock and will ship out within 1-4 business days. If you have placed an order under a "pre-order" they will ship out 2-4 weeks after the pre-order close date.

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders $100 or more! It will automatically apply at checkout.

How should I care/wash my tee/crew?

Please wash your tee/crewneck inside out in cold water with like colors. We also recommend air drying or tumble dry low heat.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship to the United States.
